Privacy policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Sando Visual collects on this site, why, how long it is kept and how to access it or have it deleted.
Person in charge
The person in charge of protecting personal information is Senthoo Arumugam, owner of Sando Visual, in Montreal. For any question or request: [email protected] or 514 924-5595.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your business name, your email, your phone number and your message. Business, phone and message are optional.
The page language is sent with the form so I reply in the right language.
This site uses no advertising cookies, no audience measurement tools and no tracking pixels. Like any website, the host processes your IP address and browser type to serve the pages and block abuse. I do not have access to this data and do not keep it.
Why
- To reply to you and prepare your mockup or quote.
- If you become a client: to do the project, invoice you and keep my records.
I do not sell or rent your information. I do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Service providers
Three providers process your information for me, only to provide these services:
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, processes the forms and forwards emails sent to [email protected].
- Resend: sends the email that passes your request on to me.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where your messages are kept.
These companies are based in the United States, so your information may be processed and stored outside Quebec.
Retention
- If you do not become a client, I delete your messages no later than 24 months after our last exchange.
- If you become a client, I keep your contact details for the project and while I maintain the site. Invoices and accounting records are kept for 6 years, as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. I reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Incidents
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious harm, I notify the people affected and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated.
